The environment where you receive help matters as much as the help itself sometimes. At EaseUp, we know how important it is to feel comfortable in your surroundings in order to be able to share what’s on your mind.

For many rangatahi, settings like clinics or formal offices can feel awkward or uncomfortable. It’s not always easy to open up when the space doesn’t feel right. That’s why EaseUp comes to you. Because we have work cars, we can come and pick you up or meet you (choice is yours!) at a local park, your school or Uni or even your home, we work in the spaces where you feel most at ease.

Meeting You Where You’re At

EaseUp’s mobile approach is about making support as stress-free as possible. You can decide where you’d like to meet—it could be at school, in your favourite café, or a neutral spot where you feel safe.

Our person-centered approach ensures that your voice guides the process. It’s about empowerment, not pressure—giving you the space to be yourself while working towards your goals.
